چکیده
The current wound-healing collagen mimetic peptides (CMPs) have limitations such as poor membrane permeability and protease susceptibility. Herein, the solid-phase peptide synthesis of CMPs containing integrin binding motif GFOGER is reported. sequences also consist lipophilic moieties (adamantane palmitic acid) for improved different collagen-inducing tripeptides, namely, Thr-Thr-Lys (TTK), Gly-His-Lys (GHK), Gln-Pro-Arg (QPR), Glu-Glu-Met (EEM). synthesized were successfully characterized purified using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry preparative high-performance chromatography techniques, respectively. acid moiety increased hydrophobic nature peptides, they retained longer on stationary material reverse phase C-18 column. three-dimensional parallel-strand helical structure DGD-GG-GFOGER-GG-TTK-palmitate was obtained nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy circular dichroism. desired structure, which can promote binding.
